After play testing in both OU, UU and Beta, I have come to the conclusion that Porygon-Z should remain within Beta. My reasoning towards this is that many times it is difficult to set up a Z-Conversion versus the meta due to how frail Porygon-Z actually is. To elaborate, it is too slow and frail to tank a hit and then set up a Z-Conversion without being susceptible to priority. Additionally, it doesn't fare too well against bulkier or stall teams at all. Reason being, teams with the likes of specially defensive steel types or stall teams which almost always have a Blissey aren't too phased by a +1 Porygon-Z and can handle the threat respectively. As a matter of fact, the Nasty Plot set is of a larger detriment than Z-Conversion as Nasty Plot can set up on stall and bulkier teams without the need to waste a Z-Move. To conclude, Porygon-Z is definitely a threat but not that much of a threat to where it is meta defining and/or cancerous for the meta; voting no ban.

Although Porygon-Z is definintly a threat, I don't see it over-centralizing the beta meta. A 1+ Porygon-Z isn't going to do much to any stall teams, and a team with priority can easily revenge kill it. It may even have trouble finding a chance to setup period. In conclusion, with the correct preparation, Porygon-Z shouldn't be a problem so I vote no ban

If PZ can get that setup it's gonna win you games but it is difficult to use and setup in beta tier rn and with things like Bisharp and Lucario with strong priority running about in Beta PZ is honestly quite balanced at the current time and is honestly not meta-defining as well as not being broken

NO BAN
